By paying for your stall you agree to the following Terms and Conditions;
Be ready to trade at the commencement of Market or risk forfeiting your stall.
To trade for the entire duration of the market early or late pack up reflects poorly on your
business, our business & the businesses around you Stall holders who leave early without notification will sadly not be permitted to return to the Market in the future.
Sell items and services that comply with the Accc’s guidelines Melbourne Cheeky Monkey Market take no responsibility for making sure your products comply with Australian Standards.
Stall holders are to set up no later than 1 hour prior to market or stall will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
No refunds will be given on stall fees for cancellations unless Melbourne Cheeky Monkey Market has cancelled the Market on their behalf in which case a full refund will be issued.
If you trade you trade at your own expense, refunds will not be given for lack of sales, loss of products, loss of marketing or advertising materials, display stock, Marquees or any other items you believe to be required by your business to trade on the day.
Melbourne Cheeky Monkey Market are not responsible for any products sold by stall holders at the market this will lie solely on the business/ Stall holder selling that particular item.
Melbourne Cheeky Monkey Market are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that stall holders or members of the public may
incur that take place on Market day in any of our listed venues. Be aware of your stall and make sure that it is safe at all times.
Enter at your own risk.
We urge you to be vigilant on the day and take into consideration the people around you when setting up, trading & packing down. We encourage all Stall holders to seek their own Insurance for trading. We take no responsibility for loss of money or stock held on premises on the day/s of Market.
We encourage that you keep a close eye on items throughout the day and leave your items at your own risk.
Melbourne Cheeky Monkey Market explore many avenues for marketing an event, however we cannot confirm traffic numbers or the amount spent per customer at each event.
We can only let you know of the crowd we have had at previous events in the venue and make a rough guesstimate of what we hope the traffic flow will be given traffic counters previous levels obtained through centre information.
