By paying for your stall, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Trading & Set Up
- Stallholders must be ready to trade at the commencement of the Market. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your stall.
- Stalls must remain open for the entire duration of the Market. Early or late pack up reflects poorly on your business, our event, and surrounding stallholders. Leaving early without notification may result in not being permitted to return to future markets.
- Stallholders must be fully set up at least 1 hour prior to Market start time. Stalls not set up by this time will be forfeited, with no refund issued.
- All products sold must comply with the ACCC’s guidelines and relevant Australian Standards. Responsibility for compliance lies solely with the stallholder.
- Melbourne Cheeky Monkey Market takes no responsibility for products sold by stallholders.
- Stall fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if Melbourne Cheeky Monkey Market cancels the Market.
- No refunds will be given due to lack of sales, loss of stock, damage to displays, weather conditions, or other business-related expenses.
- Trading is at your own risk. Melbourne Cheeky Monkey Market is not responsible for loss of stock, money, or equipment.
- Stallholders are strongly encouraged to hold their own public liability and product insurance.
- Stallholders are responsible for ensuring their stall space is safe for both themselves and the public. Melbourne Cheeky Monkey Market is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur on Market day.
- While Melbourne Cheeky Monkey Market promotes events widely, we cannot guarantee customer numbers, sales, or spending. Attendance varies due to many factors including weather and other local events. No refunds will be issued in relation to traffic flow or sales outcomes.
- To support fair trading opportunities, we limit the number of similar stalls to levels we feel are appropriate.
- Melbourne Cheeky Monkey Market reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to weather, venue issues, lack of stallholders, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, stallholders will be refunded.
